The Twin Tiers Five Rivers IFFF is a group of fly fishers living in the Twin Tiers -- New York State's Southern Tier (including Bath, Corning, Big Flats, Elmira, Waverly and surrounding communities), and Pennsylvania's Northern Tier (including Sayre, Athens, Troy, Wellsboro, and Tioga, PA.)
We fish the Twin Tiers's Five Rivers -- the Chemung, Cohocton, Tioga, Canisteo, and Susquehanna, and other local streams, lakes, and ponds, for trout, bass, sunfish, carp, and other species. Club members share information and ideas, comraderie, and community service. This website is for club members, and for those who might be interested in becoming members.

Planning has begun for the 2017 Fly Fishing Academy!
"Learn to fly fish in one day" is the goal of our annual Fly Fishing Academy, now being planned for Spring 2017 (our 10th year!). Students learn to cast, tie the right knots, select the right fly, and hook, land, and release a fish on fly tackle. Trout, bass, panfish, and even carp and steelhead on the fly are covered.
Our 2017 class will be held in late March or early April, depending on availability of the facility. More information will follow as planning progresses. You can read about the 2016 event here click here.
